As Autumn is now definitely upon us I have started making casseroles and more comforting food to brighten our spirits when the nights draw in earlier and earlier. The lovely folks at Knorr who send me seasonal boxes of delicious produce from Forman and Field have sent me another one full of the ingredients to make a delicious Boeuf Bourguignon using a recipe from Marco Pierre White.
I also will be giving away a box of Boeuf Bourguignon ingredients to a lucky reader of my blog. The Seasonal Produce Box will contain the following:
200g pearl onions
unsmoked bacon 200g wild mushrooms
800g beef brisket
½ leek (the white part)
125ml port
1 celery
thyme
parsley
Bolney Estate Lychgate Red wine
Knorr Rich Beef Stock Pot
